KATHY: Fine, thanks. How are you?

JEFF: It's the plan.
KATHY: What plan?
JEFF: For the new building. Look.
KATHY: It's interesting. What's that?
JEFF: Shops. There are ten shops.
KATHY: What's that?
JEFF: It's the cinema.
KATHY: Show me the restaurants.
JEFF: Look here. There are three restaurants.
KATHY: Show me the sports club.
JEFF: Look here...
KATHY: Martin Learner is coming this morning.
JEFF: Martin Learner?
KATHY: He's a reporter.
JEFF: Oh, yes. He's a reporter for the“Voice of America”.
KATHY: Yes.
JEFF: Please come in, Mr. Learner.
