Ram Singh Chauhan of India has the world's longest mustache at 14 feet, according to the Guinness Book of World Records.

The 54-year-old has offered some grooming tips to the BBC for anyone interested in sporting unusually long facial hair.
這位54歲的男子通過英國廣播公司和那些想蓄起超長胡須的人分享了一些保養(yǎng)秘籍。
For starters, he says start growing your facial hair at an early age because a decrease in hormone production in later years will inhibit its growth.

His second major tip is to regularly groom your facial hair. Chauhan tells the BBC he uses coconut oil on his mustache.

Beyond that, Chauhan says be prepared to endure criticism.
