這只龍蝦因絕美的藍(lán)色外表被人從市場救出，并送到倫敦自然歷史博物館。
An incredible electric-blue lobster has been saved from the dinner table after it was spotted at a fish market and re-homed, the Daily Mail reported.
一只令人稱奇的鐵青色龍蝦在魚市上出售時(shí)被人看中并重新安置，這才逃脫了被吃掉的命運(yùn)。
The striking crustacean was found by fishermen off the east coast of Scotland and displayed for sale at a London fish market. However, fishmonger Rex Goldsmith thought the stunning lobster was too nice to eat and bought it before handing it over to researchers.
據(jù)英國《每日郵報(bào)》報(bào)道，蘇格蘭東海岸地區(qū)的漁民發(fā)現(xiàn)了這只異常美麗的甲殼綱動物，并把它帶到倫敦的魚市上展賣。魚販子雷克斯•戈德史密斯覺得這只龍蝦太美了，就把它買下來交給了研究人員。
"It's the most striking blue lobster I have seen in my 30 years in the business and was too nice to put in a pot and boil," he said.
他說：“入行30多年，這是我看到的最驚艷的青色龍蝦了，實(shí)在不忍心把它丟進(jìn)鍋里煮了。”
Scientists believe the European lobster, traditionally a much darker shade of blue, hatched out with the unusual color due to a rare genetic variant.
科學(xué)家稱，該龍蝦為歐洲龍蝦，但這種龍蝦一般都呈暗青色，是一次很少見的基因變異才賦予了它與眾不同的色彩。
It has now been given to the London Aquarium and will be put on display once it has been through quarantine.
據(jù)悉，這只龍蝦已被送到倫敦水族館，通過檢疫后就將與觀眾見面。
