在上述報(bào)道中，"double-dip recession"就是“二次探底”的意思。 溫總理曾經(jīng)在答記者會上說過，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展要預(yù)防二次探底，因?yàn)橄啾鹊谝淮谓?jīng)濟(jì)衰退來說，二次探底的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)更大，對經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇造成的影響也就更大。

1.衰退：recession
